1. Who Can Use WildHer

WildHer is a women-only community. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

2. The Data We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account through our authentication provider (Auth0/Okta), we collect:

• Email address
• Name or display name
• Unique account identifier
• Profile photo (if you choose to upload one)

Content You Create

We collect content that you choose to submit, including:

• Adventure locations
• Routes and GPX files
• Reviews and ratings
• Photos
• Business listings
• Event listings

Location Data

With your permission, we may collect your device's approximate or precise location to:

• Show nearby adventures, businesses and events
• Help you place map pins accurately

You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

Photos

We only access and store images that you actively choose to upload, including photos used in:

• Reviews
• Adventure locations
• Listings
• Your profile

Payment Information (Business Accounts)

Business subscriptions are processed by Stripe.

We do not store your payment card details.

Stripe acts as a separate data controller for payment information. We retain only information necessary to manage subscriptions, including:

• Stripe customer identifiers
• Stripe subscription identifiers

Connected Services

If you choose to connect Strava, we access only the route and activity data you authorise in order to import routes into WildHer.

Device and Usage Information

We collect limited information about how you use the app, including:

• Push notification tokens (if notifications are enabled)
• Basic device and diagnostic information

Analytics are provided through PostHog.
